     On June 29th, 2009 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested a city woman on Forgery and Credit Card Fraud charges. Chelsea M. Mann, 21 yr old female, 7 Trivette Concourse #3, Johnson City, was arrested after an investigation revealed that she had unlawfully obtained property with a stolen credit card and forged the signature of a person other than herself.  Mrs. Mann was charged with Forgery under $500 and 3 counts of Credit Card Fraud under $500. Mrs. Mann is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $4,000 bond. Mrs. Mann is scheduled for arraignment in Washington County General Sessions Court on 06/30/09 at 1:30 pm.
