     On June 29th, 2009 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested a city woman on Auto Burglary charges.  Ashley Wyatt, 24 yr old female, 7 Trivette Concourse #3, Johnson City, was arrested after an investigation revealed that she had unlawfully entered a vehicle at 4120 N. Roan St. and stole property.  Mrs. Wyatt used a credit card that was stolen from the vehicle to obtain merchandise. Mrs. Wyatt was in possession of some of the stolen property at the time of her arrest.  Mrs. Wyatt is charged with Auto Burglary and 3 counts of Credit Card Fraud under $500.  Mrs. Wyatt is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $13,000 bond.  Mrs. Wyatt is scheduled for arraignment in Washington County General Sessions Court on 06/30/09 at 1:30 pm.
