On 06/10/2010 at approximately 01:30 am, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Tommy T Nicholas, dob/ 10-21-67, (address 507 N Gilmer Park, Johnson City, TN 37604) after receiving a call about a suspicious vehicle at the Road Runner Shell on W Market St.  The vehicle was stopped on W Market St and after officers were given consent to search the vehicle, 8.8 oz of Marijuana was found in the vehicle along with a large amount of cash.  Nicholas was charged with Possession of Schedule VI Drugs for Resale, Simple Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Nicholas is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center under a $12,000.00 Bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on 06/10/2010 at 1:30 pm.
