On Sunday, 10-04-11, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Heather Bennett, W-F, 28, 611 Pactolas Rd. Johnson City, TN charging her with Identity Theft, Driving on a Suspended License, Simple Possession of Schedule III drugs and Speeding. The charges were placed after Hall was stopped for speeding and used the name of her sister knowing her license was suspended for failure to satisfy a citation. After a brief investigation her true identity was verified. Bennett was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held on a $12,000.00 dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, 10-03-11, at 1:30 P.M

She has pending charges of the same thing out of Sullivan County, plus Violations in at least JC and Greene Co. The bonding company in Sullivan Co. is looking for her right now. Maybe if she is put in jail for awhile she will get off the drugs she is on!!!
