     On 01-23-12 officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested 29 year old Uriah S. Booher of 138 Milligan Ln., Johnson City, TN. 37601 and D.O.B. of 06/01/1982. The arrest is the result from an investigation into a motor vehicle theft which occurred from Tri Cities Nissan on Bristol Hwy. in Johnson City; the place where Mr. Booher was employed. Mr. Booher was arrested and charged with theft of property over $1000. He is currently being held on a $10,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center. His arraignment is set for 01-24-12 at 1:30pm in Washington County Sessions Court.
