            On Tuesday, 01-17-12, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Damien Brown, B-M, (34), 1808 Parkwood Lane apartment #8, Johnson City, TN. charging him with Possession of Schedule VI drugs for Resale, Driving Under the Influence, Driving on Suspended License 4^th offense and Violation of Implied Consent. The charges came after Brown was stopped for speeding and a subsequent search after K-9 alerted to drugs in the vehicle. Brown being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $12,000.00 dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Tuesday, 01-17-12, at 9:00 A.M.
