On Monday, 01-16-12, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mark Harrell, W-M, (20), 703 Lloyds Chapel Rd. Church Hill, TN. charging him with Identity Theft, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Revoked License and Speeding. The charges were placed after Harrell was stopped for speeding and used the name and date of birth of a relative. Officers soon learned his identity and license status and also located several arrest warrants from surrounding jurisdictions. Upon searching the vehicle, officers located narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Harrell being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $13,000.00 dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Tuesday, 01-17-12, at 9:00 A.M.
