On January 17, 2012 at approximately 10:17 hours, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Teresa Vestal, W/F, age 42 of 2 Howwen Circle, Johnson City, TN.  She was charged with aggravated domestic assault.  The arrest is the result of a domestic disturbance at the residence between she and her husband.  She is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.  Court date is scheduled for January 19, 2012 at 9 am in Washington County General Sessions Court.
