On Friday¸ January 27th, 2012, at approx. 9:30 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ralph E Cross, 32, of Johnson City and charged him with one count each of TCA (39-17-425) Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, TCA (39-17-417) Schedule II Drug Violations, TCA (39-16-201) Take Contraband into a Penal Facility. The arrest is the result of a disturbance call and subsequent investigation at 800 W. Market St. Mr. Cross was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for processing where he will be held in lieu of a $7,000 Bond with an arraignment set in Washington County General Sessions Court on January 30^th, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
