On 01/28/2012, officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested Leslie C. Rose, 48 yoa, of 1806 Galen Dr., Johnson City, TN. The arrest was a result of a road rage incident that occurred at the intersection of S. Roan St. and E. State of Franklin Rd. After a verbal argument with another motorist, Ms. Rose struck the victim’s vehicle, nearly striking the driver who was standing beside her vehicle. A three year old child was inside the victim’s vehicle at the time of the incident. Ms. Rose fled the scene prior to police arrival. A warrant was served on Ms. Rose at the Washington County Detention Center after she was arrested for separate offenses by the Washington County Sheriffs Office. She is charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment and is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
