On Wednesday, 01-30-13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Dawn Renee Nickles, 501 Colorado Street, Johnson City, Tennessee. Ms. Nickles was charged with Obtaining Narcotics by Fraud (2cts) and Forgery.
The arrest was the result of an investigation at Medical Care Prescriptions, 401 East Main Street, Johnson City. Officers were notified that Ms Nickles had picked up prescriptions that had been issued to a deceased individual. Ms. Nickles was located in the lobby waiting to receive the prescription at the time of her arrest.
Ms. Nickles is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $21,000.00 bond. She is scheduled to appear in the Washington County General Sessions Court on Thursday, 01-31-13, at 9:00AM for arraignment.
