On Wednesday, 01-02-13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested a 17 year old juvenile male for aggravated burglary and theft of property over $1,000.00.  The arrest is the result of an investigation into a burglary that occurred at 313 W. 8th Ave. Johnson City.  Entry was forced into the home by breaking in the backdoor. Multiple items of property were then stolen from the home.  The suspect is currently in the custody of the State of Tennessee.  A preliminary court date has been set in Juvenile Court in Johnson City on March 6th at 2:00 p.m.
