      On 01/22/2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 506 Swadley Rd, Apt. # 1, in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male victim who had scratch marks to his neck, face and head.  The victim stated that he had been choked by his girlfriend during the argument.  The listed suspect, Casey E. Booher, W/F, 30 years old, of 692 Austin Springs Rd, Piney Flats, Tennessee 37686, was advised that she was being charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault.  While being placed in custody, Ms. Booher actively resisted officers and removed her handcuffs.  Booher was also charged with Resisting Arrest and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a bond hearing. The arraignment hearing is set for 01/22/2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
