On Tuesday, 01-29-2013, at approximately 7:20 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ian Matthew Cole for Manuf/Del/Resale of Schedule II and resisting arrest. After officers were contacted about possible drug activity at 305 Royal Circle, officers went to this location where the suspect was contacted. Suspect fled on foot from officers a short distance before being apprehended. Suspect was charged Manuf/Del/Sell of a Sch. II narcotic (crack cocaine).Cole was booked at the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on $11,000.00 Bond. Cole will be arraigned Thursday, 01-31-2013, at 1:30 p.m. at the Washington County General Sessions Court.
