On 1/4/2012, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Donald R Justice, W/M 47 YOA of 1112 King Springs Rd JC,TN , due to Domestic Aggravated Assault . The arrest is due to the defendant forcing his girlfriend onto a couch and then chocking her during an argument. The defendant has been charged with Domestic Aggravated Assault. He is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday January 6th at 1:30pm.
