On January 10th, 2013, at approximately 10:00 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department learned of an outstanding Check Forgery warrant from Gates County, North Carolina on 24 year old Dorothy Farmer of 820 King Springs Rd. in Johnson City. Officers responded to the listed address and located Mrs. Farmer who was subsequently charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Mrs. Farmer will be held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond while awaiting her extradition hearing on Friday, January 11th, 2013 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
