On January 14th, 2013, at approximately 4:00 pm., officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 58 year old Prentice White of 106 VIP Rd. in Elizabethton on an outstanding warrant from an traffic accident that occurred on November 3rd, 2011. White was charged with Vehicular Assault stemming from that incident. White will be held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond while awaiting her arraignment hearing on Tuesday, January 15th, 2013 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
