On January 8th, 2013, at approx.11:00 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 24 year old Joseph Lockner of 3 Mel Circle #1, Tyler Apartments, in Johnson City. He was charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault after an investigation into an incident that occurred on 01/06/13 at that address. Lockner was served with a warrant on file from this incident and will be held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond until his arraignment at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
