On 01/19/13 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Keenan Acosta a W/F, DOB 03/12/82 residing at 1410 E. Lakeview Dr., Johnson City TN 37601. Ms. Acosta was charged with 1 count False Report and 1 count Theft under $500.00. The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a Shoplifting at 3111 Browns Rd. on December 20th, 2012. Ms. Acosta was placed in the Washington County Detention Facility in lieu of a $3,500.00 bond with a preliminary hearing in General Sessions Court on 01/29/13.
