On 01/03/13 at approximately 2034 hours, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Matthew Lewandowski, 23 yoa, of 121 Lynn Rd, #219, Johnson City, and charged him with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault.  The arrest was the result of an investigation into a fight occurring at 110 Terrace Court where Mr. Lewandowski allegedly pulled a knife and threatened two men during the altercation.  Mr. Lewandowski was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond.  He is scheduled for arraignment in General Sessions Court on Monday 01/07/13 at 1:30 pm.
