On January 16 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department, arrested Katina Arnold, 2807 South Roan Street, Johnson City, Tennessee. Ms. Arnold was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Fraudulent use of Debit Card (2counts).
The arrest was the result of an investigation after a debit card was stolen from a residence on South Roan Street in August 2012. The debit card was used to make two withdrawals from the victim’s checking accounts. Video footage was secured from the transactions and Ms Arnold was identified making the transactions.
Ms. Arnold is being held in the Washington County Detention Center, in lieu of a $22,000.00 bond. She is scheduled to appear in the Washington County General Sessions Court on January 17, 2013 for a scheduled arraignment.
