      On 01/20/13, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandon Rowe (01/22/84, 406 Elk St. Greeneville). The arrest stems from the investigation of a suspicious person at 832 N. State Of Franklin Rd. Mr. Rowe fled from officers in his vehicle, striking a police cruiser in the process. The pursuit ended when Rowe crashed his vehicle on N. Greenwood Dr. He was taken into custody after a short foot chase. Rowe was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, evading arrest, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $125,000 bond. Rowe is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 01/24/13 at 9:00am.
