On Monday, 02-04-13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Expunged Record. charging her with Forgery and Theft. Expunged Record was arrested after an investigation into a report of Fraud that occurred in October 2012 at a Johnson City residence. The victim in this case issued a check to Expunged Record and the amount was changed prior to cashing it. Expunged Record is charged with Forgery and Theft under $500. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,000.00 bond. Arraignment is set for Tuesday, 02-05-13, at Washington County General Sessions Court at 9:00AM.
