Subject: Felony Arrest Approved: Sgt. Don Shepard
On Tuesday, 02/26/13, Investigators with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Paul Andrew Miller (40), W/M, 405 E Myrtle Ave. Johnson City, on charges of Auto Burglary, Theft under $500 and 3 counts of Credit Card Fraud under $500. The arrest stems from an investigation into an Auto Burglary in which the victim's wallet was stolen and his credit cards were used at 3 gas stations. The defendant was identified by a witness and arrested. Miller is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $14,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, 2/28/13, at 9:00am
