On Thursday, 02-21-13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department charged Expunged Record, with Theft/Embezzlement over $1,000.00  The arrest came as the result of an investigation into cash payments that went missing from NAPA Auto Parts dating back to October of 2012.  Expunged Record, who was employed by NAPA during this time, was developed as a suspect, and was later terminated for unrelated circumstances.  It was discovered that cash payments meant for the business were being kept by Expunged Record. More than $2000.00 that was due the business was allegedly kept by Expunged Record.  Expunged Record is currently being held in Washington County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond on the charge.   He is scheduled for arraignment in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, 02-25-13, at 9:00am.
