On February 24th, 2013, at 1:00 am, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 24 year old Nathan Smith of 120 Methodist Ridge Rd., in Telford, TN, after an attempted traffic stop on his vehicle at Smith St. and Woodlyn Rd. Mr. Smith was charged with not having a valid Driver’s License, Evading Arrest, 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment, running a stop sign, and violation of Financial Responsibility. Mr. Smith will be held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $12,000 bond until an arraignment on Monday, February 25th, 2013, at 1:30 pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.
