On February 7, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Benjamin Riddle, w/m, 25 year old, of 1212 E. Lakeview Dr. Johnson City, TN and charged him with fifteen counts of Identity Theft and sixteen counts of Theft of Property under $500. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that was filed by the victim who stated that her credit card had been stolen then used in Johnson City. Mr. Riddle is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $166,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 9:00 am.
