On February 26, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ronald Edward Urbani, 340 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, Tennessee. Mr. Urbani was charged with Forgery under $500.00 and Theft of Property under $500.00.
The arrest was the result of an investigation when Labor Finders, filed a report in 2010 an employee had filed false time cards for a job they had been employed to complete. The investigation found Mr. Urbani had forged the name of his supervisor and reported hours he hadn’t worked but received compensation.
Mr. Urbani is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center, in lieu of a $2,000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Washington County General Sessions Court on February 27, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. for a scheduled arraignment.
