On February 14, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Samantha A. Wallace, w/f, 06/20/85, 131 Springbrook Rd Unicoi, TN 37692. The arrest is a result of an investigation where Wallace is accused of stealing a vehicle from 3118 Browns Mill Rd, Johnson City on January 9, 2013. Wallace is charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00 and is being held in the Washington County Detention Facility on a $10,000.00 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on February 15 at 1:30 PM.
