On 03/05/2013 officers arrested Jarrod L. Anderson, 24 yoa, of 1310 E. Fairview Ave, Johnson City, and charged him being in possession of a Schedule I drug. The arrest occurred after officers located Mr. Anderson at 1406 Baxter St and discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Washington County. Upon searching him prior to transportation to Washington County Detention Center, officers found on his person three white LSD blotter papers wrapped in tin foil. Mr. Anderson is being held at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on 03/06/2013 at 1330 hours
