On March 18, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Shelly Amber Lawrence, w/f, 01/13/95, 1304 Windsor Ave Apt B, Bristol, TN 37620. The arrest is a result of an investigation where Lawrence called Washington County 911 on 01/16/13 stating that she was the victim of a burglary. Subsequent investigation revealed the burglary had not occurred and Lawrence had given false information to officers. Lawrence is charged with False Reporting and is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on March 19, 2013 at 1:30 PM.
