A SLOW MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE REGION MONDAY
THROUGH WEDNESDAY...BRINGING THE POSSIBILITY OF HEAVY RAINS AND FLASH
FLOODING FOR LATE MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. FLOODING OF RIVERS AND
STREAMS...STREETS...AND LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS ARE
POSSIBLE.

THERE ALSO IS A RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN
